There is no fee to join the Mia Marie Wine Club. Simply provide us with your credit card and shipping information, and you will receive six bottles of Mia Marie wines every six months at the Club price. The price of each shipment varies depending on wine selection, plus shipping costs if applicable. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
