A seasoned hospitality veteran, Andrew has helped cultivate culture and synergy across his roles in San Diego’s restaurant scene. Mia Marie Redmond

PROPRIETOR

Hailing from Northern California in the countryside of Granite Bay, a city north of Sacramento, an imaginative and social young lady moved to San Diego in pursuit of a degree from the University of California San Diego (UCSD). Mia felt enamored with the energy, people and wide range in activities that San Diego offered. Upon graduation, she worked in the marketing department for La Jolla Playhouse and then pursued a career in education as an elementary school teacher as well as a sought after private tutor. During these formative years, Mia met her husband, John, and together they developed a passion for fine wine, travel and experiencing other cultures along with spending time with family and friends. A proud mother of two beautiful children, creating a home and family business that felt like a holiday vacation developed into her latest passion. In 2018, Mia retired from teaching to pursue the venture of Mia Marie Vineyards. She loves to entertain guests with her warm and engaging personality while offering a peaceful and relaxing experience. Mia’s eye for design and style as well as organization and friendly spirit infuse into all aspects of Mia Marie Vineyards.
