Award-Winning Wines For Every palate

The wines of Mia Marie Vineyards showcase a diverse set of floral bouquets and fruit-forward juiciness. We craft our white wines to be crisp and bright – even our Chardonnay! Our reds highlight the distinct character of each variety with bold flavors while our unique blends make perfect food-pairing companions. We also produce a variety of rose styles – dry, fruity, and sometimes, bubbly.

In essence, we create the wine styles we love to drink, whether it’s savoring a sunset on a warm summer evening, cooling off after a long day in the vineyard or sharing a meal with our closest friends.

While receiving accolades and awards for the quality of our wines from industry experts isn’t our main motivation, it is certainly validating. We’re honored to have received these recognitions over the years, including “Best of Show” award from the Ramona Valley Vineyard Association for our 2020 Dry Muscat – a dry white wine that stood out over all reds and whites that year.

This month, Wine Enthusiast awarded two of our wines notable scores:: 92 points and Cellar Distinction for our 2021 Reserve Petite Sirah and 91 points for our 2022 Sangiovese which also earned “Editor’s Choice” award. They praised our winery, noting that we are “revealing a much higher level of quality from San Diego County.”

San Diego also has it’s own awards program – Toast of the Coast – which recently announced it’s list of local wine winners. We’re thrilled to have received gold awards for our 2022 Sangiovese and 2024 Tempranillo Rose and silver awards for Mia Tesoro (2022), Reserve Cabernet (2021), Chardonnay (2024) and Viognier (2024).

We proudly display our awards in our tasting room but the best feedback we receive will always come from our guests. We are grateful for the high ratings we’ve earned and we remain committed to delivering consistently exceptional wines and service throughout the year.
